Terms of Use

Last Updated: August 22, 2026

These Terms of Use govern use of BloxSchool.com and participation in classes and services provided by BloxSchool.

By enrolling a student, purchasing a class, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Parent or Guardian Enrollment

BloxSchool provides classes for children and teens.

Enrollment of a minor must be completed or authorized by the student’s parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling a student, you represent that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian or are authorized by the student’s parent or legal guardian to make the enrollment.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate enrollment and contact information.

Classes

BloxSchool provides live online educational and recreational classes.

Class topics, instructors, schedules, age ranges, prices, requirements and availability are described on individual class pages.

Many BloxSchool classes are ongoing weekly classes. Individual lessons may be designed so that new students can join without completing previous weeks.

BloxSchool may make reasonable changes to instructors, projects, activities or curriculum when necessary.

Weekly Subscriptions and Billing

Classes identified as weekly subscriptions automatically renew until paused or canceled.

By purchasing a recurring class, you authorize our payment processor to charge the displayed weekly price to your selected payment method while your subscription remains active.

After enrollment, parents receive access to subscription-management tools for eligible subscriptions.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, pauses, missed classes and refunds.

Live Online Classes

Classes generally meet live through Zoom or another service identified on the class page.

Students may interact with instructors and classmates through audio, video, chat, screen sharing and other appropriate class features.

Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child has the technology and accounts required for the class.

Student Safety and Conduct

Students are expected to treat instructors and other students respectfully.

Bullying, harassment, threats, discriminatory or hateful behavior, age-inappropriate sexual content, deliberately disruptive behavior, sharing another person’s private information, or attempts to obtain another person’s passwords or private contact information are not permitted.

BloxSchool may mute, remove or restrict a student’s participation when reasonably necessary to protect students, instructors or the learning environment.

Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from a class or future BloxSchool services.

Student Privacy

Students should not share private personal information with classmates or instructors unless reasonably necessary for the class and provided with appropriate parental involvement.

Students should never share passwords.

Parents should help younger students understand appropriate online privacy and behavior.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Parent Assistance

Classes are designed for students to participate independently when developmentally appropriate.

Younger students may need a parent’s help with technical tasks such as installing software, joining Zoom, copying and pasting, or starting a screen share.

Technology Requirements

Families are responsible for reviewing the technology requirements on the class page before enrolling.

Some classes require specific computers, software, games, accounts, equipment or internet capabilities.

BloxSchool is not responsible for a student’s inability to participate because their equipment does not meet clearly stated class requirements.

Third-Party Services

Classes may use independently operated services such as Zoom, Roblox, Roblox Studio, YouTube, Stripe, or other software relevant to the class.

Use of those services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, age restrictions, parental-consent requirements and account rules.

Parents are responsible for reviewing requirements applicable to their child’s use of third-party services.

Class Recordings

BloxSchool does not record live classes for general distribution unless families receive appropriate notice and any legally required consent is obtained.

Participation in a class does not automatically grant BloxSchool permission to use a child’s image, voice or likeness for advertising.

Student Projects

Students retain ownership of original games, artwork, code, models, stories and other original creative work they produce, subject to the terms and intellectual-property rules of any third-party platforms they use.

Students should only upload or share content they have the right to use.

BloxSchool Materials

BloxSchool lesson guides, curriculum, written instructions, graphics, videos, examples and other original educational materials are owned by BloxSchool or used with permission.

Students may use class materials for their own personal educational use.

BloxSchool materials may not be sold, republished, distributed or used to provide competing classes or services without permission.

Student Work, Photos and Marketing

BloxSchool will not use a child’s identifiable image, voice, video, testimonial or personally identifiable student work in public advertising or marketing merely because the student enrolled in a class.

When parental permission is required for such use, BloxSchool will obtain that permission separately.

Instructor or Schedule Changes

Occasionally, instructor illness, emergencies, service outages or other circumstances may require BloxSchool to change an instructor, reschedule a meeting or cancel a class.

When BloxSchool cannot provide a paid class meeting, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

Learning Outcomes

Every student learns differently.

Participation in BloxSchool does not guarantee a particular academic result, skill level, completed project, professional outcome or other specific result.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BloxSchool is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website, classes, student projects, or third-party services outside BloxSchool’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as BloxSchool’s services change.

The current version and most recent update date will be posted on this page.
